Refund & Exchange Policy
At RARE SkinFuel, we take pride in the quality and integrity of our luxury clean beauty products. Each item is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our standards.
NO REFUNDS POLICY
RARE SkinFuel does not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.
All approved claims will be resolved through product exchange only.
EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
We accept exchanges only in the case of verified product quality issues, including but not limited to:
- Noticeable colour changes
- Abnormal or altered scent upon receipt
The issue must be reported immediately upon receiving your order.
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE
To qualify for an exchange:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase and clear photos or videos of the issue may be required
Products that have been opened, used, damaged by misuse, or affected by improper storage are not eligible.
EXCLUSIONS
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Skin reactions or allergies
- Product expectations differing from personal preference
- Damage caused by mishandling, exposure to heat, or improper storage
- Promotional or discounted items (unless defective)
EXCHANGE PROCESS
- Contact us at order@rareskinfuel.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and supporting evidence of the issue
- Once approved, we will arrange a one‑time replacement of the same product
Replacement products are subject to availability. If the same item is unavailable, RARE SkinFuel reserves the right to provide an equivalent product of equal value.
FINAL NOTICE
All exchanges are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis.
RARE SkinFuel reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the above criteria.
