Shipping & Delivery Policy

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, the following Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all RARE SkinFuel orders.

 

 

SHIPPING METHODS

RARE SkinFuel uses the following carriers:

  • SF Express – for deliveries within Hong Kong & Macau

  • Hongkong Post – for deliveries to Singapore, United States, and Canada

We do not offer alternative couriers at this time.

 

 

SHIPPING FEES

Hong Kong & Macau Orders

  • FREE shipping on orders of HKD 1,800 or above

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders below HKD 1,800 (Hong Kong only)

Overseas Orders (Singapore, USA & Canada)

  • All overseas orders are shipped via Hongkong Post

  • Shipping fees are NOT included and will be calculated and charged separately

  • Free shipping promotions do not apply to overseas orders

 

 

DELIVERY AREAS

Hong Kong

SF Express delivery is available across:

  • Hong Kong Island

  • Kowloon

  • New Territories

Delivery is not available to certain remote or restricted areas, including but not limited to:
 Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O, Siu Ho Wan, and Po Toi Islands.

P.O. Boxes are not accepted as shipping addresses.

Each order can be delivered to one address only.
 For multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed.

 

 

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (subject to stock availability)

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • 2–3 business days for standard areas

    • 3–4 business days for remote areas

  • Deliveries are not made on Sundays or Public Holidays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics issues, or public holidays.

 

 

SHIPMENT TRACKING & ADDRESS CHANGES

  • Tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped

  • After shipment, any change of delivery address must be arranged directly with the courier

  • Any additional costs incurred due to address changes will be borne by the customer

If delivery fails due to customer‑related reasons, the customer must contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery.
 Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation without refund.

RARE SkinFuel is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

  • Customs clearance for overseas shipments
